Our Coach and Club President Pramesh Prasad clocked his 300th Park Run

What an achievement to clock up 300 Park runs! Mesh reached numerous goals in his sporting life starting as a young teenager representing Fiji on the international stage in race walking in the early 1990’s.

Over 30 years later he rejoined the national team of Fiji representing it at the World Cross Country Championships in 2023 and 2024.

Over all these years he never lost sight of the mum & dad hobby athletes. Park run is so much more than lacing up the shoes and running or walking off. It is the community spirit and the camaraderie Mesh enjoys most. Passing on his vast knowledge on training and how to be your best drives him doing Park run and other community events.
