Casey Masters and many other venue members joined their Croydon friend to a different evening. Yesterday's sporting events were recorded by Channel 31, a local community TV station. Sprint, middle distance and javelin were on offer. The evening started with a 1500m walk, followed by 100m before the 3200m run started. Walk, javelin and 3200m were NOT / NOD. The 100m sprint was age graded.
NOT in the walk was our couch with only 5 seconds off. The highlight of the evening was the relay. starting with 100m, followed by 300m and 200m, and the final leg was the 400m. The relay was put randomly put together, means each team was set by runners from different venues. This made it a interesting race, as nobody good forecast the result.
