Casey Cardinia Masters Athletics Club helping our island neighbours by some donations of second-hand running shoes for young upcoming athletes in Fiji who find it hard to buy running shoes for training.
Venue Manager Pramesh Prasad who visited Fiji in June for the Oceania Masters Championships took the shoes with him to donate young upcoming athletes in Fiji. Pramesh who also already helping young athletes in Fiji by coaching and supporting brought the idea to his club for donating they second-hand running shoes, the idea was taken onboard by the club and some other masters clubs was overwhelmed.
