  2. 1 Mile (Run / Walk)
  3. Shot Put

All events will WIN medals, there are 9 medals to be won on the night, the categories are:

  • Top 3 closest to self ET in each track event and distance
  • Shot Put

Please bring a plate of food and some cash for some Fundraising.
